1. Storage temperature
The storage temperature should be below 25°C, not below 15°C. When temperatures exceed 25°C, the damage of some methods may be accelerated, and then the retention period will be shortened. If the temperature is too low, the seal will harden. It is necessary to strictly prevent durable deformation and damage such as kneading, twisting, and brittleness during storage. Therefore, the storage temperature should not be lower than -15°C. When the seal is removed from the low temperature, it is necessary to raise the temperature to 30°C before use.

2. Humidity
When storing, it should be protected from moisture, and the average humidity should not exceed 65%. There must be no condensate on any of the seals.

3. Illumination
Protection from light, especially strong light with high ultraviolet content. The seal can be packed in a sealed polyethylene plastic bag and stored in a cool and ventilated place. PVC should not be used in packaging.

4. Application and distribution
Seals should be stored separately. The different rubber materials are separated and packaged, and the sealing rings of different specifications are placed flat. Pay attention to the distribution and use according to the order of production to prevent the inventory from exceeding the useful life. Seals should be placed in a wide area to prevent stretching, contraction, twisting, or other forces. It is forbidden to pile up and hang the seals to prevent fire and durable deformation.

5. Stop touching semi-solid materials
During the storage process of seals, it is forbidden to touch with solvents, oils, smooth grease and other semi-solid materials, as well as metal or non-metallic materials such as copper, copper alloys, manganese, iron and some wood that is easy to excrete resin, which may cause mutatic effects.

6. Function viewing
Seals that have been stored for a period of time should be checked before using their appearance specifications and rubber functions. If it does not meet the needs, it must not be used.

7. Cleaning
The seals retained in the packaging can be washed with soapy water or methanol denatured alcohol when used, and dry at room temperature. Do not soak in gasoline, do not bake on a heat source or blow dry with a fan. Outstanding seals are retained, and the service life can be extended.
